Build tomorrow’s law firm with us.

We are looking for domain experts, pilot law firms, and technical or operating partners to co-build useful AI-native legal systems. Two collaborations are open: projects to explore together, with a concrete role for each participant.

Do not include confidential client information in your first message. Simply introduce your role, the project that interests you and your availability for an initial conversation.

The clone of your retired partner

Capture a partner’s tacit knowledge, drafting patterns and judgment to preserve the firm’s institutional memory.

When a partner retires, their methods and the reasons behind their decisions are not always recorded in case files. We want to capture and structure that knowledge so the team can consult it, understand its sources and adapt it to their work.

The project framework

A knowledge system inspired by the partner: not an imitation of identity or identity impersonation, and not autonomous legal advice. The project requires the partner’s agreement, authorised and traceable sources, defined access permissions and lawyer review before any use in a matter.

Who we are looking for

  • Retired or retiring partners willing to share their methods and experience.
  • Knowledge-management leads focused on succession and traceable sources.
  • Pilot firms with a defined succession problem and a team to test potential uses.

Your participation

Co-define the knowledge to capture, take part in interviews and test an initial system with the team. Authorised sources, access permissions and quality criteria are agreed before any collection begins.

Exploration · Seeking pilot firms

Switch to an AI-native law firm

Redesign a pilot firm’s workflows, knowledge, tools and operating model around AI.

Adding an AI tool to an existing process does not transform a firm on its own. We want to work with a committed team to rethink tasks, approval processes and organisation, then document what actually improves the work.

The project framework

Responsibilities, data access and approval steps are defined with the firm. Legal work remains under lawyers’ control; confidentiality and quality are part of the pilot’s evaluation criteria.

Who we are looking for

  • A committed managing partner able to lead the project and organisational decisions.
  • An internal project owner to coordinate use cases, tools and team feedback.
  • A pilot team and technical or operating partners ready to test and document outcomes.

Your participation

Define an initial scope together, observe current practices, test new workflows and measure outcomes. The firm provides a pilot team and project owner; partners contribute to design and experimentation.
